Processing Time

Personalized & Custom Products: Processing time is 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
Premade Designs: Processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer shipping through UPS & USPS only. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from info@swagfusion.com
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered."
If your package is delayed, please contact UPS or USPS first.
If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us at Info@swagfusion.com, and we will assist as best as we can.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final for personalized items. Returns are not accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@swagfusion.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Store credit will be offered if the product is incorrect or damaged.
Please include photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim.
